Custom Portfolio - Special Order

     This portfolio case is made from genuine cowhide.  The blue python print is printed on the leather at the tannery.  After the design is applied, a shiny scale-like finish is added to the leather to represent the snake's scales.  

     The gusset with the zipper is sewn to a black leather piping which is also sewn to the front and back panels.  The handle is attached using nickel plated rings.  The rings are attached to the case using the same blue python leather with glue, then sewn, and finally riveted to ensure a non fail attachment.  The handle is folded over, glued, and then double stitched to give a finished look to both sides.  It is then glued and riveted to the ring.

Inside

     The inside is totally finished with black mission grain pigskin.  Pigskin leather is known for its softness and supple feel along with the strength one would expect from leather.

Left Side

     The left side is made up of seven (7) pockets.  The size of the pockets range in size from two that are small enough to handle business cards up to one that will handle a stack of 8 1/2 x 11" documents.  One medium size pocket has a zipper to keep up with small items.

Right Side

     The right side is designed for a 8 1/2 x 11" notepad.  There is a complete full length pocket underneath the notepad.  The pocket under the notepad is large enough for a Netbook computer - with space left over.
